The cold water sends many electrical impulses to your brain. They jolt your system to

How do I know this will help me?

That is a very good question and I'm glad you asked. Every person who has done one of our masterminds has had their lives impacted for the good. Those who have embraced it fully have had the most dramatic changes and improvements. A common comment is that they have changed in ways they never thought they would ad sometimes, didn't think they needed to until they were challenged. If you come along and only put in a small amount of effort, you will notice a change in many areas, but if you're going to turn up, put in the effort and make the change you desire.
